Karen Lauke is a composer and sound designer primarily interested in creating original experimental music and sound for theatre, installations, live performances and exhibitions.
My music has been performed and exhibited nationally and internationally at festivals, concerts and performance events. You can listen to samples of my work in my portfolio.
I am particularly interested in the relationship that sound has with spatialisation, text and visual imagery, whether through live performance, installation or multimedia based work and am currently working towards a PhD in composition at Leeds University.
