The Theatre Noise Conference at Central School of Speech and Drama promised to be a fancinating and fabulous conference – and it didn’t disappoint. Having had two pieces of work selected as part of the Listening Room contributions I was pleased to get down to London to see my work alongside everyone elses. The sound students at Central have evidently been working very hard and provided great designs in the cafe/social area. Wonderful installations from artists and designers, stimulating paper sessions and some of the best workshops on sound I have been to. Glad to have had Hieroglyphic an excerpt from Book of the Dead and Seascape, an excerpt from The Odyssey, part of the Conference.
